The Red Light Burlesque Revue (2005 – 2006)
Producer/creator/choreographer of the Velvet Kittens of Le Cabaret Burlesque, Jana Edele, began her first burlesque revue with Randy Butler of Hyena’s Comedy Club in downtown Fort Worth in 2005. The show was called The Red Light Burlesque Revue, featuring professionally trained dancers, singers, comics, and musicians. Shows were every Friday and Saturday night, and sometimes Thursdays as well. Many of her original cast continue on in their dance, vocal, and acting careers, and they often return making guest appearances on the Velvet Kitten stage.
